Every new NIU electric scooter comes with a two year unlimited mileage warranty. NIU Care keeps any expired warranty coverage valid and adds up to two incidents of accidental cosmetic damage coverage, each subject to a $99 deductible plus applicable tax, per year. ***

All new and used NIU Scooters within the original warranty period and purchased directly from NIU Honolulu automatically qualify for NIU Care.

***Accidental damage coverage is only available at the time of original purchase on a new unit.

The remaining coverage period and member benefits are transferable on any trade-ins, but are unfortunately not transferrable to other customers.
